This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, delivered and managed. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
You will be shown exact shipping rates at checkout, based on the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are sent from Auckland, New Zealand or our international suppliers.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow the full delivery window below before contacting us — rural addresses, public holidays, weekends and customs processing can add time.

P.O. Boxes
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is entered by mistake we will contact you, which may delay your order.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at covecanvasandcamping@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
